SAMPLES AND PROTOTYPES

Application tests are performed in Euracli’s R&D laboratory to determine the concentration of active ingredients.

The formulated microcapsules are incorporated into the most suitable binder for the target textile. When there is agreement on the result, Euracli starts the formula production.

PROCESS

Depositing the microcapsules onto the fabric is outsourced to a service provider, using the most suitable technique (padding, immersion, spraying or recharging) as a function of how finished the product is, of the type of fabric, and of the expected resistance to washing.
